Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. The role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
As part of the ESKD care team, the RN CAP 1 collaborates with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, participates in teaching and quality improvement activities, and supports the supervisor and Clinical Educator as needed.
