Outpatient Dialysis Nurse — CAP Career Path

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 track. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.

In collaboration with the health care team you may supervise or guide other staff, document patient data, administer medications as prescribed, and participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
