Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP 1 program. This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients within the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.
You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, perform patient assessments, plan interventions and participate in quality improvement activities to support safe dialysis care.
