To support healthcare operations, the full-time Outpatient Coder II will review and code outpatient medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working remotely from specific states. Key responsibilities Review and code outpatient medical records for accuracy and compliance Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and coding queries Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations Required qualifications Certification as a CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding credential Minimum of two years of outpatient coding experience Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems Ability to work independently in a remote environment Residency in IL, IN, IA, WI, OH, MO, MI, or FL
