Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Outlook and end-user technical support. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve Outlook, email, and general IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and application-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook issues, including email configuration, sending and receiving emails, mailbox access, and synchronization.
- Support Outlook profiles, PST/OST files, shared mailboxes, calendars, and email permissions.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and other Office applications.
- Resolve Windows OS, laptop, desktop, printer, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Create, update, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and basic Active Directory issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate incident records.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook and email troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, desktop support, and end-user troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, password resets, and user account management.
- Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms. xhqgsiq
