Job Title3rd-shift Outdoor Industrial Skilled LaborerLocationLancaster, PAJob DescriptionAt High Steel Structures, we don't just fabricate steel, we forge the backbone of America's infrastructure. With over one million tons of structural steel fabricated in the past two decades, we've earned our reputation as the fabricator of choice for complex bridge and transportation projects across North America. Will perform all required duties to pre-punch or pre-drilled holes at splice section of steel bridge girders. Will match mark plates, as necessary. Will walk with and guide the MI Jack; chain products to trucks; set blocking for loading and storing products. Will assist with onside iron work duties. Will be responsible to use electric drills to drill holes where needed.QualificationsA high school diploma or GED. Willingness to work outdoors, 100% of the time, in all weather conditions, is required. Previous steel erection (iron worker) or general laborer experience preferred. Previous rigging experience desired.

Experience using hand and power tools, include drills. Forklift certification desired, or willingness to obtain while on the job. A valid PA driver's license is required. Prior experience in truck driving preferred.

Experience operating a yard crane or travel lift a plus. Willingness to learn and operate Mi-Jack equipment.
