We are currently taking applications for a Full-time park maintenance team member. Pay is dependent on experience with the minimum rate being $20 - $22 per hour to start. The job includes medical benefits, holiday pay, sick and vacation time after probationary period.
General maintenance, plumbing, and landscaping experience preferred. Bi-lingual is preferred as you will speak with tenants on a regular basis. Must have valid driver license and be over 21. Once trained you will be required to be part of the on-call rotation for evening and weekend emergencies. This is an outdoor position, so you need to be able to work outside year-round. Tools and equipment are provided.
