Description
Prinsco is looking for a Yard Worker to join our team. In this role, you will support daily yard operations by safely moving, loading, and organizing products while ensuring quality, efficiency, and a safe work environment.
What You Will Do
- Load and unload product shipments safely and efficiently
- Operate forklift and yard equipment to move finished goods
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain organized yard inventory and storage areas
- Inspect equipment daily and report any issues
- Support accurate load verification and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company processes
- Provide courteous service to customers picking up products
Qualifications
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or outdoor work experience helpful
- Ability to operate or learn forklift operation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and higher weights occasionally
- Ability to bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
