Under Canvas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our camp locations. The AGM will serve as an expert in customer service and operational processes, collaborating daily with front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams.
You will lead by example, communicate goals clearly, train staff, manage staffing with HR, review performance, and help steer budgeting and inventory.
