As an Outbound Warehouse Manager at US Foods, you will lead a high-volume outbound team in our wholesale foodservice distribution center, ensuring safe, accurate, and on-time order fulfillment. You’ll oversee picking, loading, staging, and shipping operations, manage and develop associates, and drive a performance-driven, safety-focused culture. Using WMS tools and KPIs, you’ll optimize labor, inventory flow, and space utilization while upholding food safety and OSHA standards.
In this role, you’ll partner across operations and transportation to support customers and continuous improvement initiatives.
