Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Closer to acquire and close distressed property opportunities, primarily involving pre-foreclosure and mortgage foreclosure situations. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and engage potential property sellers


• Build, manage, and convert a consistent sales pipeline


• Develop trust with property owners facing financial or personal challenges


• Understand each seller’s situation and clearly explain available options


• Analyze deal information and identify viable opportunities


• Navigate objections, negotiations, delays, and complex transactions


• Maintain consistent follow-up from initial contact through close


• Track pipeline activity, KPIs, and opportunities in the CRM


• Collaborate with internal teams through transaction completion

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of proven hunter-style sales experience


• Strong background in outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and closing


• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs


• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills


• Ability to quickly build trust and navigate difficult conversations


• Analytical mindset with the ability to learn complex processes


• Persistence, resilience, urgency, and strong follow-through


• Comfortable managing a high-volume sales pipeline


• Real estate, distressed property, foreclosure, or mortgage experience is a plus, not required
