Outbound Membership Sales & Service Specialist

Richmond Football Club is seeking a motivated Membership Outbound Sales Officer for a 12-month, full-time role. You will drive outbound calls and emails to engage members and prospects, delivering friendly service and helping hit retention and acquisition targets during busy periods.

Collaborate with the Customer & Technology team, support match days, and ensure data integrity while upholding safety standards and privacy policies. Previous membership or telephone sales experience is preferred.
