Outbound Call Center Representative

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Outbound Call Center Care Support Representative will make 100-150 outbound calls per shift to educate patients about preventive health screenings and encourage their participation in important health programs. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients regarding their screening kits and educate them on the importance of preventive health screenings Identify and resolve barriers preventing patients from returning their kits while delivering outstanding customer service Effectively de-escalate concerns and create positive patient experiences through consultative conversations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred Experience or interest in working in a fast-paced outbound call center environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to build rapport and conduct consultative conversations Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
