Outbound Call Center Representative

Making a meaningful impact on patient health, the full-time Remote Outbound Call Center Representative will connect with individuals through 100-150 outbound calls per shift, educating them on preventive health screenings and encouraging participation in vital programs. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients regarding their screening kits and educate them on the importance of preventive health screenings Identify and resolve barriers preventing patients from returning their kits while delivering outstanding customer service Effectively de-escalate concerns and create positive patient experiences through consultative conversations Required qualifications Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Experience or interest in a fast-paced outbound call center environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred) Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
