Outbound Call Center Representative

To support member engagement initiatives, the full-time Outbound Call Center Representative will make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations, all while working remotely and adhering to productivity and quality goals. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to health plan members using an automatic dialer system, aiming for 300-400 dials and 25 appointments set per day Follow approved scripts to ensure members understand the services offered and respond to inquiries with professionalism Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required Experience in a metrics-driven outbound call center environment preferred Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across systems while making calls Ability to maintain a fixed daily schedule, including adherence to breaks and lunch times
