We seek highly motivated individuals who can engage prospects, book appointments, and contribute to sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential leads using provided scripts.Engage prospects professionally, answer questions, and qualify leads.Schedule appointments for sales teams with high accuracy.Maintain detailed records in CRM tools such as Close or OpenPhone.Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.Collaborate with team members and clients to refine outreach strategies.RequirementsMust be available during standard US working hours.Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales.Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections.Experience using CRM and dialer tools (Close, OpenPhone preferred).Ability to adapt to different industries (e-commerce & life insurance).Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Preferred QualificationsFemale candidates preferred for the e-commerce client (targeting women entrepreneurs).Background in e-commerce or insurance sales is a plus.How to ApplySubmit your application along with a Vocaroo link of your voice recording introducing yourself and sharing your experience in appointment setting.
