Job Description

What You'll Do

  1. Run dedicated OTR team routes (TX → FL → OH and back)
  2. Safely transport and deliver products on time
  3. Load, unload, and secure freight to prevent damage
  4. Pick up product from customers and Avanti locations
  5. Perform routine vehicle and trailer safety inspections
  6. Utilize ELD for accurate hours-of-service tracking
  7. Support warehouse and delivery operations as needed

What We're Looking For

  1. Valid CDL (Class A) and acceptable driving record (MVR)
  2. Ability to meet FMCSA requirements (391.11)
  3. Comfortable running long-haul team routes
  4. Professional, reliable, and safety-focused mindset
  5. Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude
  6. Willingness to work 10+ hour shifts and stay on schedule

Physical Requirements

  1. Lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 75+ lbs occasionally
  2. Team lift up to 175 lbs (windows & patio doors)
  3. Push/pull carts exceeding 500 lbs
  4. Use proper PPE when handling materials
