Otorhinolaryngologist

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic (CTC), representing CHRISTUS Health, is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join an established outpatient ENT practice in San Antonio. This role offers the opportunity to join a solo-physician practice model with a focus on general ENT, sinus, and allergy care, while also expanding into plastics and head and neck services. The incoming physician will benefit from a robust primary care network providing over 700 ENT-specific referrals annually, ensuring an immediate, full-volume patient base.

Practice Info

• Established outpatient Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in the Stone Oak market of San Antonio.
• Solo-physician practice model historically focused on general ENT with a specialized subspecialty in sinus and allergy care.
• Supported by a dedicated on-site team consisting of 1 audiologist, 1 Medical Assistant (MA), and multiple front office staff.
• Backed by a robust primary care network generating over 700 ENT-specific referrals annually.
• Dedicated block time at a highly efficient, off-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC), with 95% of cases being outpatient.
• EMR: Epic in Clinic and Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Handle bread-and-butter ENT work.
• Build a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive service line.
• Manage existing overflow of patients.
• Perform 5–10 surgeries/week.

Shift & Schedule

• Call Structure: ZERO trauma or ER call. No inpatient rounding. Informal, shared post-op call only.
• Monday–Thursday (8 AM–5 PM) and Fridays (8 AM–3 PM).
• Clinical Scope: 3 clinic days, 1–2 OR days, and a ½ day procedure clinic.
• Work Type: Full Time

Requirements

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure.
