Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT)

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established, high-volume outpatient practice in the Stone Oak market of San Antonio. This role offers an immediate, full-volume practice due to a robust primary care network generating over 700 ENT-specific referrals annually. The incoming physician will manage existing patient overflow, stepping into a thriving clinical environment.

Practice Info

• Established, high-volume outpatient practice
• ZERO trauma or ER call
• No inpatient rounding
• Informal, shared post-op call only
• Dedicated block time at a highly efficient, off-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
• Lean, efficient clinic staff with an on-site Audiologist

Responsibilities

• Manage existing overflow of ENT-specific referrals
• Conduct 3 clinic days per week
• Perform 1–2 OR days per week
• Conduct a ½ day procedure clinic per week
• Manage 35–40 clinic patients/day
• Perform 5–10 surgeries/week
• Build a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive service line

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
