A premier pediatric healthcare system in Northwest Florida is seeking multiple Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologists to join a dynamic, growing tertiary care team in partnership with a leading regional children s hospital.

This position offers a comprehensive clinical experience including inpatient, partial, and consultation-liaison care supported by full-time Audiology, PA, and RN dedicated staff, alongside an industry-leading EMR system. Academic affiliations allow for clinical teaching and research opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality medical diagnostic and surgical treatment to pediatric patients within a wide service area.

  • Perform inpatient and outpatient specialty consultations and participate in the shared call schedule.

  • Collaborate on cost-effectiveness and quality improvement initiatives, helping develop standardized clinical pathways for pediatric surgical care.

  • Accept physician referrals and act as a consulting physician for hospitalized patients as needed.

  • Round with pediatric residents and participate in academic and research activities.

  • Maintain complete medical documentation meeting insurance requirements and assist with timely appeals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education/Licensure: MD or DO with (or eligible for) an unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA registration.

  • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.

  • Fellowship: Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology is required.
