ENT Surgeon Opportunity Up to $650,00 Potential Earnings Location: Upstate New York in the scenic Adirondack region is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist. This role offers an excellent balance of clinical and surgical responsibilities, competitive compensation, and significant growth opportunities in a high-demand area. Position Highlights

• Compensation Package:
  • Base salary of $500,000 plus bonuses
  • Total potential earnings up to $650,000 for a busy provider.
  • Group-based productivity model with additional incentives.
• Bonuses & Support:
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus.
  • $10,000 relocation assistance.
    
• Workload & Schedule:
  • Four-day workweek (Monday Friday).
  • Three days in outpatient clinic and one dedicated OR day.
  • Approximately patients per clinic day.
• Practice Environment:
  • Join a collaborative team of two full-time ENT physicians and one full-time ENT APP.
  • Co-located part-time audiologist in the clinic.
• Call Responsibilities:
  • Shared ED and office call among providers.
  • Overnight calls managed by a contracted tele-nocturnist service.
