Opportunity Overview

We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologists (ENT Physicians) for immediate opportunities in Laredo, TX.
This is a primarily clinic-based ENT opportunity with surgical cases performed at affiliated hospitals and surgery centers. The role offers a strong patient base, competitive compensation, minimal call, and relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat ENT conditions.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient otolaryngology care.
• Perform in-office ENT procedures.
• Perform surgical procedures at affiliated hospitals and surgery centers.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Review imaging, diagnostic testing, and laboratory results.
• Collaborate with clinical and surgical teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, procedures, and treatment options.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active or eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the applicable state.
• Comfortable performing in-office ENT procedures.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
• Open to new graduates, fellowship-trained physicians, and experienced ENT physicians.
