ENT Physician Locums Job Arkansas October and Ongoing
Details/Requirements:
Start Date: ASAP and ongoing
Open to interviewing any and all ENTs with Arkansas license and without.
Coverage Type: Temp-to-perm or long-term locums coverage while the facility recruits a permanent ENT physician.
Schedule: Flexible scheduling. Provider can choose their working days.
Volume: Facility may be able to accommodate approximately 10 days per month.
Practice Mix: 1-2 days per week in surgery with remaining days spent in clinic.
Call Responsibilities: Clinic call is primarily phone call only, with nursing staff handling initial triage. Hospital call consists of Level III trauma coverage with a stabilize-and-transfer model.
Provider Preference: Strong preference for one consistent physician.
Practice Details
Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT)
Setting: Outpatient clinic, surgery, and call coverage
Volume: 20-25 patients per day
Patient Population: All ages
Support Staff: Audiologist and Immunologist/Allergist on site
Cases: Bread-and-butter ENT including tubes, tonsils, adenoids, and head & neck procedures
Facility: Modern clinic with strong patient demand and OR access
Option to transition into a permanent position
