- Compensation: Base salary between $515,000 - $800,000 annually plus wRVU bonus

- Provide comprehensive ENT care to a broad referral base
- Manage an average of patients per day in clinic
- Perform surgeries at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center
- Utilize advanced technology including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
- Collaborate with audiology and subspecialist teams
- Participate in inpatient care with backup call coverage via APPs
- Engage in a collegial work environment focused on wellness
- Optional: teach medical students and advanced practice providers
- Ohio Medical License and board certification in Otolaryngology
- Strong clinical skills in ENT care and surgery
- Ability to work independently in a team setting
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care
- (Preferred) Experience with surgical robotics and multidisciplinary collaboration
