Locums ENT - Ephrata, Pennsylvania Availability & Contract

- Monthly Coverage: 5 OR days + 7 clinic days
- Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Clinic Lunch: 30 minutes
- OT Hours: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM or 4:00 PM
- 24-Hour Call: December 23 at 7:00 AM through December 29 at 7:00 AM
- Call Back: Approximately 0-2 hours
- Pennsylvania Medical License: Required
- IMLC: Accepted; required to present
- DEA: Required
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Required Certification: ACLS
- Experience Required: 1+ year
- Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT)

- Clinic Volume: Approximately 26-27 patients per day
- Surgical Volume: Approximately 6 cases per day
- Call Volume: Approximately 0-2 hours of callback

- Preferred Experience: Comfortable with parathyroid procedures and Cochlear Baha
- Support Staff: Medical assistants and clinical support assistants
- Surgery: Outpatient patients of all ages; patients requiring admission are transferred to York
