With immediate surgical volume, cutting-edge technology, and a collaborative team of subspecialists, this position offers the ideal environment to build a rewarding long-term practice.

• Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
• Practice Setting: Established seven-physician ENT practice within a leading regional health system
• Schedule: Full-time position with shared call responsibilities for excellent work-life balance
• Patient Volume: Immediate, established otology referral base with significant growth potential
• Procedures: Comprehensive Otology including cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing aids (BAHA), ear surgery, and General ENT care
• Call: Equally shared among the physician group
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Five audiologists, seven physician assistants, one nurse practitioner, and experienced clinical support staff
• Facilities: State-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center featuring advanced surgical technology, vestibular testing, in-suite audiology booths, and modern physician offices

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within five years of residency completion)
• Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• DEA prior to start
• Interest in building a full-time Otology and General ENT practice
