Schedule: Ongoing weekday clinic, night call and sporadic weekend call ·
Practice Setting: hospital ·
Types of Cases:
general otolaryngology cases ·
Credentialing Timeframe:30-60 days, temporary privileges are available ·
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic ·
Must be board certified ·
Must have an active New York license or Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC) Letter of Qualification
