ENT Physician Opportunity
Exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial ENT physician to establish and grow a much-needed service line within a medical center. - Establish and grow a comprehensive ENT practice serving the community.
- Build relationships with local PCPs and referral sources to develop the service line.
- Office-based practice with a mix of general ENT and the opportunity to develop subspecialty interests.
- Perform procedures and surgeries with OR block time expected to grow alongside the practice.
- Provide hospital consults and inpatient support as needed.
- Collaborate with specialists for clinical support and care coordination.
- Participate in a shared call structure; no expectation of 24/7 independent coverage (use telecall pool coverage).
- Help shape workflows, access, and service offerings as the ENT program expands.

- Standardized 2-year salary guarantee.
- Productivity bonus structure based on wRVUs.
- Established target and minimum wRVU expectations following the guarantee period.
- Base salary remains in place long-term, with compensation adjustments tied to productivity after year two.
