Marshfield Medical Center is seeking an Otolaryngologist Hospitalist to join their busy, well-established, full-service otolaryngology department at their flagship location in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Providers will work with a collegial team including fellowship-trained surgeons and dedicated, well-trained staff in a fully remodeled clinic space. This role features a unique 7 day on/7 day off schedule rotation with a comprehensive array of cases and robust multidisciplinary support.

- Two dedicated procedure rooms, adjacent Audiology Department, onsite Speech Pathology, and Vestibular Lab
- Collaboration with Plastic Surgery, Pathology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Neurology as well as over 170 other specialties and sub-specialties

- Be involved in medical education and research
Compensation
- Annual compensation greater than $700,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
- $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years

Shift & Schedule
- 7 day on/7 day off schedule rotation
- 182 annual 24-hour shifts
- 10 hours of onsite work, with 14 hours of call from home with 1 OR day per week
- Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider coverage 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Call coverage is 1:4 with PA Support
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (Required)
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Required)
- Advanced training or experience in Laryngology or Otology (preferred)
- H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available
