Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join their well-established, full-service department at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This role offers a comprehensive array of cases within a full-scope ENT practice, supported by a collegial environment and dedicated staff. The position provides an opportunity to contribute to a long-running ENT program and engage in medical education and research.

- Vestibular Lab for dizziness testing
- Collaboration with Plastic Surgery, Pathology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Neurology as well as over 170 other specialties and sub-specialties to support patient care
Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit (if applicable to setting)
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide consultation on comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients of all ages presenting with diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck that affects the ears, nose, throat, respiratory and upper alimentary systems, and related structures of the head and neck
- Perform head and neck oncology and facial plastic reconstructive surgery
- Treat disorders of hearing and voice
- Be involved in medical education and research

- Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of employment

Requirements
- H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available
- BC/BE Otolaryngologist
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing residency log (for recent graduates) or a quality profile from current hospital(s) showing clinical activity for the past 12 months, including numbers of procedures performed, morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications
- Ability to demonstrate at least 50 otolaryngology procedures in the last 12 months
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated residency Otolaryngology accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
