Otolaryngologist

Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health, is seeking a highly skilled ENT physician to join their team. This full-time position offers flexible FTE options and a supportive practice environment. Practice Info

• Join a team of five highly skilled ENT physicians and one APP
• Consults at a local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program
• Epic Electronic Medical Record
• General ENT practice (fellowships welcome)
• One-year physician partnership track for U.S. candidates
• Physician leaders and decision makers at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Perform one surgical day per week
• Provide ENT call coverage, typically one weekend and one Monday–Thursday block every 5 weeks
• Conduct hospital consults

Compensation

• Pay range: $528,000–$556,000
• First-year salary guarantee based on training, experience, certifications, and qualifications
• RVU production beginning in year two plus quality bonus, outreach pay, APP supervision stipend, and more
• Signing bonus
• Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
• CME allowance: $10,000 every two years

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time position with 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE options available
• 4- or 5-day schedule available
• ENT call is 1:5 (typically one weekend and one Monday–Thursday block every 5 weeks)
• One surgical day per week

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician
• Eligible to obtain an active Washington State medical license
