Otolaryngologist

Elevate ENT Partners is seeking a BE or BC Otolaryngologist to join their San Antonio ENT collaborative group in San Antonio, Texas. This full-time, private practice opportunity allows providers to start immediately with an established patient following and zero ramp-up time. Clinicians will serve a diverse patient population while benefiting from a partnership-track path with no buy-in required.

Practice Info

• Private practice setting with San Antonio ENT, a collaborative group of 11 Otolaryngologists
• Affiliated with Methodist Hospital and Baptist Hospital
• Patient population includes urban neighborhoods, suburban communities, rural South Texas, veterans, military families, and a large Hispanic population

Responsibilities

• Practice culturally responsive otolaryngology care for a diverse patient population
• Participate in optional ER call

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary
• Productivity bonus with limitless earning potential
• Annual retention bonus leading to senior physician partnership status
• Commencement bonus up to $150,000
• Stipend available for optional ER call
