Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Fellowship training in Sinus/Sleep Medicine
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state or territory
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA credentialing and privileging
• Compliance with CME requirements, immunizations, and infection control standards
• Proficiency in English for patient care and documentation

Duties

• Provide outpatient clinic coverage and surgical care for sinus and sleep-related disorders
• Perform advanced sinus and anterior skull base surgeries, including septoplasty, ethmoidectomy, sphenoidectomy, polypectomy, and sleep apnea interventions
• Diagnose and treat conditions such as sinusitis, snoring, and sleep apnea
• Participate in operating room coverage for scheduled and emergent cases
• Ensure patient care meets or exceeds VA, TJC, and AHA standards
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in VA electronic health systems
