Otolaryngologist (Part Time)

Position Details

• Salary: $204,000 (annual base for 24‑hour work week)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Otolaryngology (ENT) care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Participate in dedicated OR block time, including robotic surgical procedures.
• Conduct outpatient clinic sessions and manage continuity of care.
• Perform inpatient rounds and respond to emergency room consults, as needed.
• Educate and mentor surgical residents and medical students in an academic environment.
• Participate in a shared call schedule.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• New York Medical License

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary: $204,000 (24‑hour work week)
• Projected bonus up to $24,000 based on quality and productivity targets
• 401(k) company contribution: immediately 3% of base earnings; after one year an additional 7%
