Otolaryngologist

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join their dynamic five-physician group in Fargo, North Dakota. This role offers the opportunity to build a full-scope practice with strong demand in sinus and sleep surgery, supported by an integrated care model of audiologists and advanced practice providers. Clinicians will benefit from dedicated operating room block time, teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, and a collaborative regional referral center environment.

• Five-physician Otolaryngology group with General ENT and subspecialty expertise in Head & Neck, Facial Plastics, and Neurotology
• Integrated care model with support from 6 Audiologists and 9 Advanced Practice Providers across clinic, OR, and inpatient care
• Dedicated block time in the operating room with opportunity to expand based on demand
• Regional referral center serving a population of over 1 million across North Dakota and western Minnesota
• Opportunities for teaching medical students and residents

Responsibilities

• Build a broad, full-scope practice aligned with established group standards, with particular need in sinus and sleep surgery
• Develop and lead your own clinical team
• Participate in teaching medical students and residents

Compensation

• Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
