Central Valley Doctors Health System Physician Group invites an Otolaryngologist to join a well-established, thriving ENT practice at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto, CA. This full-time employed opportunity offers a blend of surgical depth and outpatient continuity, serving patients from newborns to adults. Practice Info

• Practice at Doctors Medical Center, a 465-bed, Joint Commission-accredited facility.
• Access to three Xi Da Vinci robots, five cath labs, and specialty-specific technology.
• Setting is 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient.
• Patient volume of 20-25 patients per clinic day.
• Facility has 15 OR rooms, 3 Da Vinci robots, and a Level 3 NICU.

Responsibilities

• Serve patients from newborns to adults.
• Perform surgical procedures including Septoplasty, turbinate reduction, T&A, tonsillectomy, nasal/sinus/debridement endoscopy, and tongue biopsy.
• Utilize the Xi Da Vinci robotic surgical system.

Compensation

• Compensation: $378,759 - $575,516 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and productivity.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time employed opportunity.
• Flexible structure - option for 4 clinic days + 1 OR day or dedicated block time.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology.
• Fellowship training in Otolaryngology required.
• California medical license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.
