Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join their established team at Marshfield Medical Center - Weston in Weston, Wisconsin. Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit patients (if applicable to setting)
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide consultation on comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients of all ages
- Treat diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck affecting the ears, nose, throat, respiratory and upper alimentary systems, and related structures
- Provide head and neck oncology and facial plastic reconstructive surgery
- Treat disorders of hearing and voice
- Be involved in medical education and research

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated Otolaryngology residency accredited by the ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Board Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the ABMS, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from residency completion date
- Ability to demonstrate at least 50 otolaryngology procedures in the last 12 months (for applicants not directly out of residency)
