Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE General Otolaryngologist to join their established community hospital-employed practice in Bangor, Maine. This role offers the opportunity to provide general adult and pediatric ENT services within a strong team, with potential for sub-specialty development. Practice Info

• Community hospital-employed, salaried, general/subspecialty ENT practice
• Current practice includes Otolaryngologists of general and sub-specialty background, and 5 Physician Associates
• Opportunity to collaborate with other surgical specialties, including plastics and neurosurgery (including skull base)
• Well-established hospital-based practice
• Regional Tertiary Care and ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center
• Referral center for a patient population of 500,000 in the northern two-thirds of the state's geography

Responsibilities

• Provide general adult and pediatric ENT services
• Develop sub-specialty niche, if desired

Compensation

• $500,000 - $535,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity
• The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position
• The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc

Shift & Schedule

• Flexible schedules
