The Staff Pad is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established and growing ENT service in Southern Illinois. This full-time, hospital-employed position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, strong clinical support, and a highly competitive compensation package. The role is based at a regional medical center in Marion, IL, a fast-growing, family-friendly community.

Compensation
- Guaranteed first-year salary: $525,000
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (5-year) or $36,000 (3-year)
- Quality bonus up to 2.5%
- Relocation allowance up to $15,000
