Sanford Health, one of the largest and fastest-growing not-for-profit health systems in the US, is seeking a BC/BE ENT Head and Neck surgeon to join their established head and neck cancer practice. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a multidisciplinary team with established microvascular reconstruction and TORS programs. - Head and neck cancer nurse navigation with experienced head and neck cancer focused Nurse Practitioners and Physician's Assistants in the clinic and operating room
Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit (if applicable to setting)
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide consultation on comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients of all ages presenting with diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck that affects the ears, nose, throat, respiratory and upper alimentary systems, and related structures of the head and neck
- Perform head and neck oncology and facial plastic reconstructive surgery
- Treat disorders of hearing and voice

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated residency Otolaryngology accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/ subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
- H-1B visa sponsorship available
- Ability to demonstrate at least 50 otolaryngology procedures in the last 12 months (for applicants not applying directly out of residency)
