Qualifications

• BC/BE in Otolaryngology (BC within 5 years of residency)
• Active (provisional) privileges with Cone Health Medical Staff
• North Carolina medical licensure and full unrestricted DEA registration
• Other requirements as required by Cone Health employed physicians
