Otolaryngologist

Coastal Ear, Nose & Throat, an Elevate ENT Partners group located in Ormond Beach, Florida, is seeking a BE or BC Otolaryngologist to join their well-established team. This full-time opportunity allows physicians to step into a built-in referral network with limited tertiary complexity, no trauma, and no airway management. Providers enjoy a collaborative practice environment alongside experienced MDs, a PA, and audiologists across multiple convenient office locations.

Practice Info

• Provider team includes 6 MDs, 1 PA, and 3 AuDs
• Office locations include Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, and Port Orange
• Affiliated hospitals include Halifax Medical Center and Advent Hospital
• Private practice setting featuring limited tertiary complexity, no trauma, and no airway management

Compensation

• $350,000 - $400,000 annually
• Base salary plus production bonus with limitless earning potential
• Guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus leading to senior physician partnership status
• Commencement bonus up to $150,000, qualified terms apply
