ENT Physician – Otolaryngologist

Coastal Ear, Nose & Throat, an Elevate ENT Partners group in Ormond Beach, FL, is seeking a BE or BC Otolaryngologist to join their well-established ENT group. This opportunity offers a built-in referral pattern and focuses on patient care with clinical autonomy, free from typical healthcare bureaucracy. The role emphasizes work/life balance and collaboration within a cohesive provider team.

Practice Info

• Well-established ENT group with limited tertiary complexity, no trauma, and no airway management
• Provider team consists of 6 MDs, 1 PA, and 3 AuDs
• Office locations in Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, and Port Orange
• Affiliated with Halifax Medical Center and Advent Hospital

Responsibilities

• Focus time and expertise on caring for patients
• Make own clinical decisions
• Participate in practice on-call (1 in 5)
• Optional ER Call for additional Pay (No Trauma or Airway Management)

Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Salary + Productivity Bonus leading to Senior Physician Partnership status
• Staring base salary is in the range of $350,000 - $400,000 and is negotiable based on experience
• Commencement Bonus up to $150,000, qualified terms apply
