- Join a collaborative team in Findlay, NW Ohio, a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
- Support includes 1 physician, 3 APPs, 3 audiologists, and 24/7 pediatric & adult hospitalists.
- Specialty backup available for Allergy/Immunology, Oncology, General Surgery, and Neurosurgery.
- Dedicated OR time at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, and Bluffton Hospital (optional).

Compensation
- $600K base salary (guaranteed beyond initial term).
- Total potential $600K-$800K+ (uncapped wRVU bonus).
- Call pay $600/weekday, $2,000/weekend.

Shift & Schedule
