Otolaryngologist (ENT)

Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join their busy and well-established department in Castro Valley and Oakland, California. This full-time, shareholder-track opportunity offers immediate patient volume, excellent support, and the chance to significantly impact patient care within a collegial, physician-led environment. The role is based at Eden Medical Center, an award-winning hospital located approximately 25 miles from San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT care
• Participate in call coverage

Compensation

• $535,032 - $579,966 /Yr.
• Incentive opportunities available beyond base compensation
• $1,000/month residency stipend for residents who commit up to 12 months before hire
• Signing bonus and relocation allowance provided

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT)
• Possess an active California Medical License or ability to apply for one
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to treat all ages is preferred
