Presbyterian Medical Group in Clovis, New Mexico, is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join their well-established practice. This role offers the opportunity to serve a large catchment area as the sole ENT provider, supported by modern diagnostic tools and an experienced team. Practice Info

  • Serve a large catchment area of 100,000 residents with a robust referral base as the only ENT provider within the area.
  • Modern diagnostic tools and imaging technology available on-site.
  • Fully equipped audiology booth to enhance ENT care.
  • Experienced clinic and surgical support staff.
  • System-Wide EPIC EMR.
  • DAX, ambient listening tool, automated assistance in dictation and documenting notes.

Compensation

  • Salary Range $475,000 to $500,000 / Year.
  • Bonuses Offered: Sign-on, Relocation, Productivity.
  • Competitive salary, relocation and CME allowances, and fully paid malpractice coverage, including tail coverage.
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible.
  • National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program eligible, offering up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment for a two-year service commitment.
  • New Mexico Physician Tax Credit eligible, up to $10,000 per year.
  • New Mexico Health Professional Loan Repayment Program eligible, offering up to $75,000 per year in loan assistance with a required service commitment.
  • New Mexico Rural Health Care Practitioner Tax Credit eligible, up to $5,000 annually.

Shift & Schedule

  • 10 days of call per month.

Requirements

  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.

  • Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico.
