- Team includes four otolaryngologists and two audiologists

Compensation
- Competitive compensation structure with base salary and productivity incentives
- Guaranteed income for the initial period, with opportunity to transition to a production-based model
- Partnership track available with increased earning potential
- Salary: $400,000

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time Otolaryngologist position
- 1–2 days per week in the operating room
- 2–3 days per week in clinic

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
- Board certified or board eligible in otolaryngology (must obtain certification within 2 years if eligible)
- Eligible for medical licensure in California
- Commitment to high standards in patient care and experience
- Interest in general otolaryngology; subspecialty focus welcomed but not required
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
