- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety
- Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
