Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide PRN rehabilitation services in Ayer, MA. This role is ideal for an OT seeking scheduling flexibility while helping residents strengthen functional abilities and regain greater independence in everyday activities.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
- Provide treatment addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance
- Establish measurable therapy goals and monitor resident progress
- Recommend adaptive techniques and equipment to promote safety and independence
- Adjust treatment approaches based on individual needs and clinical progress
- Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support daily function
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with COTAs and other members of the care team
- $55-$60/hour

- Collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
