Job Description
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and possess an active California nursing license. Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is required for this position.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Delivering high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Administering medications and managing patient health records.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Implementing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Active California nursing license.
• Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima).
